Scale
1 (2-pound) London broil or flank steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, and thyme.
Place the steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
Preheat your broiler to high.
Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the steak on a broiler pan.
Broil for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
Remove the steak from the broiler and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
Notes
For best results, slice the steak against the grain.
Serve with your favorite side dishes for a complete meal.
