Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add the drained Rotel, sour cream, shredded cheese, and ranch seasoning mix to the bowl.
  3. Use a hand mixer or a sturdy spoon to mix all ingredients together until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. You want no lumps of cream cheese remaining.
