Ingredients
Scale
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
Place the cubed chicken in a bowl. Toss the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned chicken to the hot skillet in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the butter to the same skillet. Let it melt completely.
Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Do not let the garlic burn.
Return the cooked chicken bites to the skillet. Toss gently to coat all the chicken pieces thoroughly in the garlic butter sauce.
Remove the skillet from the heat. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy edges, cook the chicken in two batches instead of overcrowding the pan.
Serve these chicken bites over rice, pasta, or alongside steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts if you prefer a richer flavor.
