A no-bake, high-protein edible cookie dough recipe that is healthy and macro-friendly, perfect for fitness enthusiasts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine protein powder, cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, nut butter, almond milk, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix until well combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Stir in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For a thicker dough, use less almond milk.
  • For a thinner dough, add a little more almond milk.
  • You can substitute other nut butters like cashew butter or sunflower seed butter.
