Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
  2. Place pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours. For deeper flavor, marinate overnight.
  5. Remove pork chops from marinade and cook using your preferred method (grilling, baking, or pan-searing). Discard any leftover marinade.

Notes

  • For a low-sodium option, use low-sodium soy sauce.
  • This marinade works well for both bone-in and boneless pork chops.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic and herbs to your preference.
