Make this simple, sweet and salty peanut butter dessert. This easy no bake treats recipe uses common ingredients to create a crunchy dessert perfect for gifting or snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • Optional: Dark chocolate, melted, for drizzling
  • Optional: Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Line a standard baking sheet with parchment paper. Set the sheet aside.
  2. Combine the white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Gently fold the mini pretzels and salted peanuts into the melted peanut butter and chocolate mixture until all pieces are coated.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even layer, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  5. If you want extra flavor, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate the bark for 2 to 3 hours, or until the bark is completely firm.
  7. Once firm, break the bark into pieces of your preferred size. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, substitute milk chocolate or dark chocolate for the white chocolate chips.
  • If you do not have a microwave, melt the chocolate and peanut butter slowly over low heat in a double boiler, stirring constantly.
  • This bark keeps well in the refrigerator for up to one week, making it great for making ahead of time.
