Make these incredibly simple strawberry cookies using just three common ingredients. This recipe is perfect for fast baking when you need a sweet treat with minimal effort.

  • 1 box (about 15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix with a spoon or electric mixer until the dough comes together. Do not overmix.
  3. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are set. The centers may look slightly soft.
