3 cups frozen watermelon cubes
1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Optional: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
Optional: 4 mint leaves
Instructions
Place the frozen watermelon cubes, water or coconut water, and lime juice into your blender.
Add the optional yogurt or mint leaves if you are using them.
Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if necessary.
